The Box-Freeze is used for freezing large boxes of meat, fish and poultry and can be used for cooling large blocks of products.

The Carton-Freeze is used for freezing smaller cartons such as ice cream containers.

The freezer operates by automatically loading carriers, from an in-feed conveyor, hydraulically pushing them along an upper track then lowering them to a bottom track and discharging them to a conveyor situated below the infeed conveyor. These tunnels are generally used for boxes or cartons which freeze in 3 to 24 hours.
